Before everything else, stop the boiler and circulators . Then partially drain the system (It is impossible to inflate an expansion vessel if the system is pressurized ) . You can either drain through a drain valve if there is one , or by emptying by the manifold present on the heated floor , or by a trap or radiator (which will surely be a little long).
